Adult Fitness & Dance Classes

Take on a new physical hobby which will get you in shape, engage your mind and drop weight without it seeming like work. Become a dancer.... or just look like one. Improve flexibility, gain greater self confidence, work through stress, take a break from life. You will come to plan your week around your dance schedule once you realize it's impact on your sanity and the quality of your life. Consistency is the key to weight loss and good health. If you love what you do, consistency is easy. Join us, it will transform you and it's FUN!

WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance fitness class based on trending pop and hip- hop music. WERQ is a pre-choreographed workout with new routines made available weekly. With hundreds of choreography videos, WERQ Instructors have the power to create unique playlists based on routines designed by high-caliber WERQ choreographers.

Adult PBT & Ballet Express

Wed 10:30-11:25 AM

This class begins with Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) exercises and then transitions to an abbreviated ballet barre.  The class is structured for any level, It is great for a beginner, but also works well as a technique refresher and strengthening class for those with previous experience. This class will give you poise and strength while toning your muscles and burning calories. Ballet shoes optional for barre work, bare feet or socks are also welcome.

 

Adult Jazz / Contemporary

Dance away the stress of the day with this fun, energetic class! Either Jazz or Contemporary is the focus, alternating weeks.  The class begins with a center floor warmup for strength and flexibility. Then, progresses across the floor with steps to get your heart pumping and finally to the center for a combination that will leave you energized and ready to take on the rest of your day! Shoes: Jazz shoes or bare feet.

Adult Tap

This 45 minute class introduces you to the wonderful world of tap. Learn basic rhythms and combinations which are the foundation of this incredibly fun dance genre. Take a well needed diversion from your weekday routine! Make some noise! Tap Shoes required.

Adult Hip-Hop

This 45 minute class is a great way to kick-off your weekend.  Hip-Hop is fun and great exercise!  Clean sneakers required.​​​
