AcroDance Boot Camps will maintain social distancing with dancers on their own individual "islands" and structured without hands-on spotting in accordance with Acrobatic Arts curriculum guidlines.  Boot Camp will start with stationary cardio games and challenges, strength elements, and then move into warm up stretch. Progressing to balancing exercises and then the tumbling portion in which every dancer will stay on their own "island". Next dancers will move into limbering, during which dancers will be educated very clearly on how to master progressions to get from A to B to C. The instructor will work on the same end skill but every dancer will work on the level of progression they are at. Finally the dancers will move into flexibility training and cool down. All of this will be done without the dancer ever leaving their island.  Taught by Acrobatic Arts certified instructor Chelsie Jackson
