Adult Jazz / Contemporary
Thursdays 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Dance away the stress of the day with this fun, energetic class! Either Jazz or Contemporary is the focus, alternating weeks. The class begins with a center floor warmup for strength and flexibility. Then, progresses across the floor with steps to get your heart pumping and finally to the center for a combination that will leave you energized and ready to take on the rest of your day! Shoes: Jazz shoes or bare feet.
Thursdays 7:30 PM - 8:15 PM
This 45 minute class introduces you to the wonderful world of tap. Learn basic rhythms and combinations which are the foundation of this incredibly fun dance genre. Take a well needed diversion from your weekday routine! Make some noise! Tap Shoes required.
Fridays 6:45-7:30 PM
This 45 minute class is a great way to kick-off your weekend. Hip-Hop is fun and great exercise! Clean sneakers required.
No current class offered
This traditional ballet class begins at the barre and then flows to the center. The class is structured for the beginner, but also works well as a technique refresher and strengthening class for those with previous experience. Ballet will give you poise and strength while toning your muscles and burning calories. Ballet shoes required.
