Our Next Step Program is open to students who have achieved an advanced level of study and wish to pursue dance at a pre-professional level in preparation for a college program or professional careerr. In addition to advanced level classes, students participate in Next Step classes. These Next Step classes are only open to students enrolled in the program, based on the theory that there is no better way to achieve excellence than to study with others who are equally interested and motivated to succeed. Learning in this environment students can judge their own progress by comparing themselves with others who share similar ambitions. Participating in an intensive and disciplined program not only helps students achieve much in their dancing, it also assists in other areas of study and prepares students for life in the future.

 

Students are also encouraged to perform as a member of A.I.M. (Next Step), which is open exclusively to students enrolled in the Next Step Program. Students who are interested in participating in the Next Step Program should contact LPAA for details.
